Nicholas “Butch” Wagner

Nicholas "Butch" Wagner is a prominent trial attorney who has been practicing personal injury law for 25 years and employment law for over 20 years. He has achieved multi-million dollar settlements and jury verdicts in many employment and personal injury cases. Mr. Wagner's is a 1980 graduate of St. Xavier University where he was the class Valedictorian. He is a 1983 graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School.

Mr. Wagner moved to Fresno, California from his home town of Chicago in 1983. Mr. Wagner is licensed to practice in all Courts of the State of California and all Federal Courts and has been so licensed from 1983 to the present. He also became licensed to practice in the United States Court of claims in 1990.

Mr. Wagner has argued before the California Supreme Court and has also given testimony as an expert witness before the California State Assembly on employment law issues. He has very recently appeared as a guest on several National television news programs including Good Morning America, Catherine Crier Live - Court TV, the Tucker Carlson Show and Your World with Neil Cavuto.

A recent case tried by Mr. Wagner and his partner Andy Jones entitled Zelnick v. Candid Camera was televised on Court TV and was a very interesting case involving the first reality TV show to be successfully sued for a prank gone totally wrong.
