Paul Carter Mullen
Paul Carter Mullen has been a civil law attorney since his graduation from San Joaquin College of Law in 2001. Mr.
Mullen has experience in multiple areas of law and civil litigation, including: personal injury, employment law,
family law, and real estate. Mr. Mullen has also served as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Fresno County Superior Court.
Mr. Mullen was previously a supervising legal aid attorney, has worked with the State Bar of California on the delivery
of legal services to rural communities, and has collaborated with local, state and national programs for the delivery
of pro bono legal services. Mr. Mullen also has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from California State
University, Fresno.
Mr. Mullen is an adjunct faculty member of the Fresno City College Business Division and lectures in the paralegal studies
and real estate programs. He is a member of Fresno City College Paralegal Studies Program Advisory Committee and was
awarded the Alumni Recognition Award (2004) and Adjunct Faculty Recognition Award (2005).
